Thank you for the honor of introducing myself to you. Raised on a cattle and wheat ranch in Montana, near the Canadian Border & Chinook, Montana. Completed courses at Kinman Business University, attended Northern Montana College, University of Montana, and graduated in design from the State of New York Educational System. Attended & completed Leadership Academy, and also holds a Certified First Responder in case of a community, state or national disaster. Moved to Arizona in 1989 and currently holds a Brokers License, State of Arizona Department of Real Estate, Associate Broker, Realty One Group and a (GRI) Graduate Real Estate Institute Degree, ABR, SFR, and CLSS–Certified Land Specialists along with belonging to the National Association of Realtors and International Real Estate Council, of which I traveled to Thailand in conjunction with the Singapore International Metro Center Venture, as well as traveling to Perth, Australia on an oil, gas, & coal business trip. Orchestrated meeting with Minister of Mines in Beijing, along with China Machine Company, and traveled to China on our Bearcreek coal project. Have also made two trips concerning mining into North Vietnam setting-up own company known as Pacific Rim Laison Ltd., which was rated in top twenty companies of North Vietnam. Also shipped 75,000 lbs of medical supplies into North Vietnam with the help of Senator McCain and US Department of Defense-State & Federal-along with McDonald Douglas who provided transportation from Guam to North Vietnam. Many dealings in Canada on oil, gas, and coal. Married for 25 years; who passed away in 2008. I have one son, Brent, along with my beautiful daughter-in-law and 4 gorgeous grandchildren in California. My 16 year old Kane is number one in the nation on the “National Football Stats”. I have lived in Wickenburg, AZ since 1989, and I am now engaged to a wonderful man from Beverly Hills, Ca.

◊ Executive Administrator & Largest Shareholder of Coal owned in fee on 8,300 acres near Red Lodge, Montana- 1979-2006 2010-Present
◊ Orchestrated and set-up mining and corporate office.
◊ Worked with local and State Officials on all levels, including reclamation
◊ Company orchestrated drilling of 25 drill holes totaling 17,000 feet.
◊ Skelly & Loy Engineering-Consultants completed permitting process on coal property in 1980, which was fully permitted and updated in 1983.
◊ Leased property to Portland General Electric who opened the Brophy Mine to complete studies & testing over the next five years.
◊ Traveled to China to work with Chinese Minister of Mines, along with travel to North Vietnam twice to meet with heads of government agencies in relation to coal and other valuable resources. Was granted Memorandum between Pacific Rim Liaison Ltd. as Executive President with Department of Industrial of Thanh Hoa, Vietnam. Upon visiting hospitals and orphanages, successfully obtained and shipped medical supplies and equipment into North Vietnam. Mission accomplished in 1995.
◊ Upon traveling to Beijing, China in 2002 and meeting with Minister of Mines in Beijing, China and (CMIC) China Machine-Building International Corporation returned and orchestrated delegation of nine to travel to USA to tour Coal Property and proposed Power Plant Site in Wyoming along with meeting State of Montana Governor in Helena, Montana.

1993-1999 SANTA MARIA-HOMESTAKE PROJECT

◊ Executed purchase and lease agreements of property
◊ Had property surveyed, long with a seismic matrix aerial (s)
◊ Orchestrated development of comprehensive mining plan.
◊ Mine and Mill were built for the process of gold ore, developed environmental protection plans, design of mill and tailing pond, and completed studies such as geological, archeology, gravity survey, drilling and sampling program-grid.
◊ Renewed all permits, successfully completed all State & Federal Mining Inspections along with MSHA Inspections, and also completed all Arizona Mine Safety School Programs.
◊ Contract was executed with Phelps Dodge Mining & Smelting Company.
◊ Mined and smelted 300 tons of ore to confirm our mining, shipping, and extraction chemical process.

1989-1993 Gold Ridge, Inc.
Founder, Officer, Director, Executive Administrator

◊ Developed a successful Gold Mining and Milling Operation in Maricopa County, State of Arizona, in area of operations located on a cherry stem within WSA 2-95, Harquahala Mountains. Staking and filing of claims.
◊ Plan was submitted to U.S Department of Interior of BLM and approved.

◊ A state of the art sampling program completed.
◊ Equipment purchased, construction of prefabricated structures to be used as offices, assay house, core shack, and prep lab. A 1,000′ drift/tunnel was driven underground through the process of drilling, blasting, and excavating. Ore was sorted and trucked to mill site that we developed. Ore was processed through a jaw crusher and ball mill to 200 mesh. Crushed material concentrated by use of tables, and cyanide leach. Reclamation measures taken were standard Federal Reg’s 43 CFR 38090 1-3(d).

◊ We drilled, what is know as Dog Track at Lovelund, Colorado-
and sold producing field to Denver, Hardware.

Executive Administrator – USA

◊ Acquired EP96 lease at Dongra, Australia which covered 100,000 acres.
◊ Shipped 10,000′ plus drilling rig to Perth, Australia, onto Dongra from USA.
◊ Worked diligently to acquire from port and with port officials upon inspection and quarantine.
◊ Set up office in Perth on St. George’s Terrace.
◊ Drilled four oil wells; operation generated 30,000 barrels of oil per mo.
◊ Sold company to W.R.L. Oil Company of Sydney, Australia.

Purchased, owned and operated 500 acre, plus lease, cattle ranch north of Red Lodge, Montana known as Boyd,
Montana. Was appointed as alternate to Montana Governor’s Board-Mt. Council.
